Animal Control

The City of Van Horne does have a Animal Control Ordinance. 

• Pet registrations are due by March 1st of each year. See Permit under Permits and Licenses.
• Pets are not allowed to run at large. If you notice a stray dog please contact City Hall at 319-228-8238.
